Gabriel joins Salt & Pepper as a veteran in the product-building space, after nearly a decade leading an international product studio and advising dozens of startups and product companies across Europe. His work blends strategic clarity with a survival-first mindset — helping teams focus on what truly drives traction and value. As Strategy Advisor & Partner, Gabriel will support Salt & Pepper in sharpening its product focus, evolving its go-to-market edge, and laying the foundations for sustainable scale in the connected devices space.

Tudor is a senior corporate lawyer with 12+ years of experience in the legal field and a deep focus on the tech industry. His practice centers on bridging the gap between innovation and legal compliance, helping startups, entrepreneurs, and established technology companies navigate the complex legal landscape surrounding contracts, intellectual property, corporate (re)structuring, regulatory compliance, etc. With a firm understanding of both the legal and the technical nuances, Tudor will support Salt and Pepper with strategic counsel that aligns with fast-paced product development cycles and the evolving demands around IoT products, by delivering clear, practical legal solutions that empower growth and innovation.
