HR & Office Manager

Senior with 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources

Determined period of 2 years

What would be great to have:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive in the IT field (min. 2 years)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience on HR Internal processes: Onboarding, Events Management, Compensation & Benefits, Admin & Legal, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Offboarding etc.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and architect strategies
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

With the mission of:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process 
  • Handle the hiring and onboarding process for new employees
  • Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance
  • Facilitate participation in professional and learning opportunities and manage internal knowledge sharing sessions
  • Manage end-to-end Team Events and Celebrations: Team Building, Annual Holidays, Monthly Team Events, Birthdays and S&P Anniversaries etc.
  • Keep the Employee files up to date
  • Days off management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business objectives
  • Create and deliver activity and budget reports and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Act as a bridge between management and employee relations 
  • Ensure a cozy and well-supplied office space (supplies stocks, vendors management; office layout improvements etc.)
