  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Google Calendar
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

With the mission of:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process: identifying candidates, performing reference checks, interviews and issuing employment contracts
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics for government reporting
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Plan & coordonate in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms or relocation services
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery,
  • Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Coordinate on these activities with the help of an Assistant Manager
